Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) for a Float Pool to support multiple clinic locations across Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline and Silvis. This full-time role includes day shift hours and requires driving to all sites.

The MA performs administrative and clinical tasks, assists physicians, collects vital signs, and documents patient information to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience. Accreditation of MA program completed is required.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.

Responsibilities

• Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks.
• Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
• Coordinates patient flow, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Description:

Position: Medical Assistant (MA): Float Pool

Location: Davenport, IA and Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL, and Silvis, IL. Must be able to drive to all locations.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day shift, M-F.

Pay Range: $18.25 - $27.37 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
