IHA seeks a Medical Assistant for its Specialty Float Pool serving Davenport, IA and surrounding locations. You will support clinicians with patient prep, vital signs, documentation, and basic procedures, helping ensure efficient patient flow and a positive experience.
Work is full-time, day shift (40 hours/week) across sites; requires completion of an accredited MA program, with MA certification/registration preferred and required within one year of hire. Pay ranges $18.25–$27.37 per hour.

Location: Davenport, IA and Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL, and Silvis, IL. Must be able to drive to all locations.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day shift, M-F.
Pay Range: $18.25 - $27.37 per hour

Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. This position is responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. The Medical Assistant also coordinates patient flow, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
