Job summary

UNC Health Blue Ridge seeks a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Paramedic to join the team. You will assist in examinations, handle administrative tasks, and support patient scheduling and documentation. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with competitive benefits and tuition assistance.

Must have accredited program completion and appropriate certifications within 90 days. The role is full-time, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, Morganton, NC.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Office Assistant Program or CMA/CCMA/RMA; EMT-Paramedic/EMT-Intermediate credentials also accepted.
• All certificates needed within 90 days of hire.
• ABR-OE designation required for current employees or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination and treatment of patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties.
