Overview

We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or equivalent to join CHI Health – Physician Enterprise. You will provide care for patients through their entire clinic experience, administer medications as ordered, document thoroughly, and apply sterile or clean techniques for wound care and dressing changes. You should be comfortable leveraging technology, coordinating inpatient care, and applying your clinical knowledge in a patient-centered environment. You should be open to learning new skills and appreciate perspectives differing from your own, with genuine compassion for patients’ well-being and the ability to explain the provider’s instructions to patients when they have questions.

Location: 91st and Hwy 2

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients through their entire clinic experience
• Administer medications accurately, safely, and consistently according to the patient’s plan of care
• Complete thorough documentation on patients as required
• Practice sterile or clean techniques for patients needing wound care and dressing changes

Job Requirements

• Current LPN license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, or Medical Assistant program (LPN or CMA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association required
