Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant with LMR experience or Radiologic Technologist background for BHMG Occupational Medicine in Lexington, KY. You will collect patient information, perform selected treatments and radiographic exams, and assist physicians and nurses in patient care.

Strong EMR skills and team coordination are essential. Required are Medical Assistant education or experience, ARRT certification with KROC within 90 days, and BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant education or experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or LMR.
• Active ARRT certification; KROC within 90 days of hire.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Experience with radiology imaging and EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient information to assess health needs and document in EMR.
• Assist in patient care, exams, and procedures with physicians and staff.
• Perform radiographic exams as required with standard equipment.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organize patient flow.
• Obtain vital signs and record findings accurately.
