Job Overview

Urgent Team is seeking experienced Medical Assistants and/or Limited License X-Ray Technologists to join Baptist Health Urgent Care in Hot Springs, AR.

Our centers offer a variety of healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care, operating seven days a week with extended hours.

Job Summary

This role involves performing X-ray procedures, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The position also requires skills in Medical Assisting. Full-time team members work 36-40 hours weekly, including every-other weekend, while PRN team members are scheduled as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment.
2. Conduct quality control to ensure accurate exams.
3. Prepare patients and equipment, following safety and regulatory protocols.
4. Ensure equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
5. Complete documentation related to patient visits.
6. Maintain and improve radiology knowledge and skills.
7. Maintain current licensure and certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assisting skills required.
• State X-Ray license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
