Position Details
  • Full-time: 36–40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours only – no weekends or holidays

What You’ll Do

As an integral part of our clinical team, you’ll assist providers in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical histories
  • Assisting providers with exams and procedures following established protocols
  • Performing or preparing routine tests, specimens, and lab work as ordered
  • Maintaining clean, well‑stocked exam rooms and clinical supplies
  • Coordinating patient care, including referrals, imaging, and prior authorizations
  • Managing patient communication via phone or EMR with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Supporting infection control and safety standards across all activities
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a medical office setting (experience with Medent EMR preferred)
  • Education/Training: Certification in Medical Assisting preferred but not required – training provided
  • Skills: Attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong multitasking ability
  • Personality: Professional, dependable, and compassionate with patients
