Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Care coordination for patient needs, including tracking referrals and testing completion.
• Collaborate with team to plan daily assignments.
• Support MA Levels I & II.
• Manage patient flow and clinic throughput.
• Serve as a preceptor for new Medical Assistants and students.
• Participate in internal clinic audits; maintain professional communication.
• Contribute to department improvement and A3 documentation.
• Provide scribing support for providers.
