Toledo Clinic's Internal Medicine Office in Toledo, OH is seeking a part-time Credentialed Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA/CCMA or the ability to obtain credential within 60 days). The hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (9:00-5:30) and Wednesday (9:30-2:00). This position offers employee benefits.

Toledo Clinic is offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus to qualified Medical Assistants. If qualified, sign on bonuses are payable within 30 days of hire to employees that have active and verified credentials

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication, phone, and organizational skills required.
• Arrives on time in professional attire and completes tasks within time frames.
• Preferred: previous clerical experience in a medical office.

Responsabilités

• Answering phones courteously and professionally.
• Verifying referrals and/or pre-certifications.
• Updating insurance information.
• Answering general patient questions.
• Taking messages accurately and relaying to appropriate personnel.
• Collecting co-pays.

Toledo Clinic's Internal Medicine Office, located at 3401 Glendale Ave Toledo OH, is seeking a part-time Credentialed Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA/CCMA or the ability to obtain credential within 60 days of hire). The hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (9:00-5:30) and Wednesday (9:30-2:00). This position offers employee benefits.

Toledo Clinic is offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus to qualified Medical Assistants. If qualified, sign on bonuses are payable within 30 days of hire to employees that have active and verified credentials (ex: RMA/CMA/CCMA/CPCT-A). For employees that have not yet obtained or renewed their credential, the Sign-On Bonus is payable once the credential is obtained and verified. After one year of service, qualified Medical Assistants may be eligible for an additional $2,000 Retention Bonus.

General Summary:
Perform various clerical duties to support the operation of the office.
