Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Nursing, or related patient care.
• NHA CCMA certification (or ability to pass CCMA exam within 6 months of hire).
• Hands-on clinical experience (patient care, vitals, procedures, point-of-care testing, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Instructional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on lab instruction.
• Develop and maintain syllabi, curriculum, and lesson plans.
• Create diverse, active learning experiences emphasizing hands-on skills.
• Assign grades and provide timely feedback.
• Track student performance and refer students to support services.
• Support accreditation compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Mentor adjunct instructors and collaborate with the program team.
