Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as a medical assistant or related work.
• CMA, RMA or CCMA credentials preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; able to guide students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each class by reviewing the curriculum and using lab stations.
• Demonstrate medical skills and supervise hands-on student practice in the lab.
• Evaluate performance and adjust to meet learning needs.
• Enforce classroom safety and manage the learning environment.
