Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 5+ years as a medical assistant or related role.
• CMA, RMA, CCMA credentials.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills (email, printing, scanning, WiFi troubleshooting).
• A passion for helping others achieve personal goals.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each class by reviewing the provided curriculum and using lab stations.
• Demonstrate medical skills and assist students as they practice in the lab.
• Evaluate individual and group performance and tailor instruction to learning needs.
• Enforce classroom management and safety precautions; maintain an effective learning environment.
• Convey curriculum and pertinent skills via lecture and hands-on demonstrations.
