Medical Assistant Instructor -- Part Time - Mornings - M-F

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to become a fully trained instructor for our morning classes, 2-5 days per week. Classes run Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, totaling 9-22.5 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities
  • Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom, with a maximum of 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
  • Deliver lectures and demonstrations based on Ross's lesson plans and curriculum.
  • Serve as a Primary or Secondary Instructor, ready to assist with teaching or substitute as needed, throughout the year.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical assisting field with formal training from an accredited institution. Must obtain a national certification as a Medical Assistant. Individuals without formal education must have at least 5+ years of experience and a national certification.
  • Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.
  • Flexibility and a passion for learning and growth.
