Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Ontario, OH is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to become fully trained instructors for year-round morning and evening classes. The role supports primary and secondary instruction, with mornings 8:30–1 and evenings 5:30–10, and a typical 9–31.5 hour schedule.

Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with up to 24 students, deliver lectures, and use Ross curriculum. Requires 3+ years of medical assisting experience, accredited training, and ability to obtain

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with a maximum of 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations, working from Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Manage 4.5-hour sessions in day or evening classes; part-time schedule typically 9–31.5 hours per week.
