Medical Assistant Instructor - Part Time - Mornings and Evenings

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to become fully trained instructors for year-round classes, including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, with options for 9 to 27 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities
  • Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom, with a maximum of 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
  • Deliver lectures and demonstrations based on Ross curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Participate as Primary or Secondary Instructors, stepping in as needed for teaching assistants or substitutes.

Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in medical assisting and formal training from an accredited institution; must obtain a national certification as a medical assistant. Alternatively, 5+ years’ experience without formal education but with certification.
  • Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience preferred.
  • Flexibility and passion for learning and growth.
