Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university AND two years of healthcare field experience OR Associate Degree with six years of healthcare experience; equivalency also accepted.
• Understanding of diverse backgrounds and commitment to equity in education.
• Experience with or openness to online, hybrid, or multi-modal teaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in accordance with approved outlines and outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, student‑centered instruction.
• Develop syllabi, materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records.
• Submit grades by deadlines.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with students and use LMS and instructional tech.
