Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unexpired CPR certification.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.
• At least 1 year of Electronic Health Records experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and leadership to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Demonstrate ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
• Collect and document vital signs and medical history.
• Administer and update PHQ-9 and GAD-7 screenings.
• Update patient allergies, medications, and pharmacy information in the EHR.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
