Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current Florida BMO certification required.
• Preferred: Medical Assistant certification, 1+ year of medical office or urology experience, EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic machine operator duties and assist with diagnostic imaging as assigned.
• Support providers with examinations, procedures, treatments, and imaging services.
• Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare for visits.
• Record vital signs and relevant patient information.
• Assist physicians with examinations and in-office procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Prepare patients and clinical areas for examinations and imaging.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures.
• Duties as assigned.
