Corewell Health Outpatient Clinics in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant III to support physicians with patient care, clinic operations, and care management across multiple programs. The role includes front-office support, patient flow management, and collaboration with staff to ensure service-first care.

Requires completion of an accredited MA program, 1 year MA experience (or similar internship), and relevant certifications within 90 days.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a competency-based accredited MA program with clinical rotation.
• 1 year MA experience or CH MA internship with 6 months MA experience or CH MA apprenticeship.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire (AHA or ARC).
• MA certifications (CMA/RMA/ARMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA) within 90 days.
• LPN license required upon hire in Michigan.

Mansioni

• Acts as an assistant to the physician providing primary healthcare and patient care management.
• Collaborates with clerical staff to optimize operations and patient flow.
• Interacts with outside healthcare facilities and agencies involving patient care and insurance.
• Maintains updated competencies and communicates with leadership/accreditation bodies about process and workflow.
• Performs front office duties to provide coverage as needed.
