Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program with clinical rotation or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months of MA experience; 2 years preferred.
• LPN license in Michigan required upon hire.
• Certifications such as CMA, RMA, ARMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA within 90 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical activities under physician/provider direction to support primary and preventive care.
• Maintains patient flow and assists in office efficiencies following policies and procedures.
• Supports nurses and physicians, ensuring service-first patient satisfaction.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Accredited MA program with clinical rotation

6 months MA experience

2 years MA experience (preferred)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan

BLS/ACLS or CMA/RMA/ARMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certifications (within 90 days)
