Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect complete information in person and by phone.
• Obtain vitals, weight, BP, pulse and temperature; perform EKGs and injections.
• Assist providers and coordinate tests, labs, and charting in EMR.
• Obtain and file patient records; assemble records per policy.
• Assist with record requests and ensure correct patient identification.
• Support practice operations and participate in quality initiatives.
