Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Previous MA/back office experience preferred.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• HIPAA compliance required.
• Proficient documentation in EMR.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.

Responsabilidades

• Support nursing and provider staff in primary care patient care.
• Prioritize tasks to optimize patient flow and care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate internal and external resources.
• Provide on-site laboratory services and maintain records.
• Assist with education for students and staff as needed.
• Flexible hours including some weekends and evenings.
