Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Current CPR Certificate required.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.

• Ability to document care in electronic medical records.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate positive interpersonal relations with providers, patients and staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service and protect patient information.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team care.
• Support plan of care including referrals, lab orders and health maintenance tracking.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment per OSHA standards.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with students and educators during training at HKH.
• Assist with on-site laboratory services and equipment maintenance.
