Qualifications

• TB validated to administer or read preferred within 6 months.
• Knowledge of Business Unit Quality Programs required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Conduct point-of-care testing.
• Administer medications and provide wound care.
• Complete lab call-backs and communicate results.

Skills

Basic Life Support certification

Knowledge of OSHA and CLIA

Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding

Accurate data collection and entry

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduation from a Medical Assistant program

Current medical assisting certification
