Job summary

Millennium Physician Group seeks an experienced Medical Assistant for our primary care and specialty clinics in Collier County, FL. This full-time role is Mon-Fri with no weekends, offering base pay between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour, and a float position across the county.

You will greet patients, take vitals, manage records in Athena EMR, assist with front desk duties, and help maintain a smooth clinic flow.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in primary care settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for a float role across Collier County.
• Front desk experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• EMR experience, Athena preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Greet patients, take vitals, update medical histories, and prepare them for their visit.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Monitor and restock medical supplies.
• Support scheduling, front desk duties, patient communication, and daily clinic flow.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, patient-centered environment.

Medical Assistant – Primary Care & Specialty - (Mon–Fri, No Weekends)

Location: Collier County, FL (Float Position) Home Base: 400 8th St. N, Naples, FL 34102

Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (hours vary between 7 AM–7 PM must be available until at least 5:30 PM)

Physical Requirements

• Primarily sedentary with occasional lifting up to 15 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
• Frequent hand and wrist movements; requires close visual acuity for documentation and computer use
