You will document medical histories, assist with procedures, manage EMR documentation, and help coordinate care within established protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Preferred CMA, RMA, NCMA, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Review and document medical histories, medications, and chief complaints.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist providers with exams, treatments, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Complete patient follow-up tasks and coordinate care within established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Manage supplies, vaccines, medications, and inventory needs.
• Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and clinical areas remain clean, organized, and ready for patient care.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
