Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Millis, MA is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant II to support our Primary Care practice onsite 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one shorter day. You will interact directly with patients, document information, and collaborate with providers and nursing staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Medical Assisting preferred.
• BLS Certification from various Issuers preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant from various Issuers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, explain procedures, obtain medical history, and document vital signs.
• Assist with exams, prepare supplies, and perform phlebotomy if qualified.
• Collect specimens, process lab orders, and maintain patient flow.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain immunization inventory and ensure hand hygiene.
