Responsibilities include medication administration, vaccine administration, scheduling, referrals, and insurance coordination within established policies. AHA BLS certification is required, and the position offers benefits eligibility.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete an accredited Medical Assistant program or have 2 years of MA experience in the last 5 years.
• Current AHA BLS certification required and competency in safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients and document vital signs, history, and screenings.
• Assist with procedures and perform lab duties (venipuncture, labeling, POCT as allowed).
• Administer medications and vaccines following safety protocols.
• Schedule appointments, handle referrals, and coordinate insurance authorizations.
