Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience is preferred and familiarity with EHR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vital signs and document results in the EHR.
• Assist providers during visits, relay information and ensure patient comfort.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, handle basic patient communications.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support nursing staff with routine tasks and infection control practices.
