Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on medical assisting training.
• Registered medical assistant apprenticeship completion or equivalent.
• Two years of medical training in US Armed Forces acceptable.
• Minimum one year MA experience with vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• WA Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 6 months healthcare experience.
• 6 months medical assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under licensed practitioner supervision.
• Take and record patient vital signs during appointments.
• Administer injections and medications as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient information and EMR entries in EPIC.
• Support clinical workflows and ensure efficient clinic operations.
