Sutter Health in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Medical Assistant to provide back office and patient care support under clinician supervision. You will help implement the medical plan of care and ensure smooth patient flow within the department.

Requires HS Diploma or GED and CA Medical Assistant training, with diploma within 90 days; BLS certification and on-the-job training may be considered. 40 hours weekly, first shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant training per CA Medical Board; diploma within 90 days.
• On-the-job training at Sutter Health acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide back office and patient care support to the care team.
• Help implement the medical plan of care and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Interact with patients and families to gain confidence and cooperation.
• Operate within clinical supervision and standardized procedures.
