Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to scope of practice and departmental policies.
• Performs rooming tasks: vitals, history, screenings.
• Assists provider with procedures and orders.
• Prepares and labels specimens; performs POCT.
• Schedules appointments and handles referrals.
• Maintains clean, stocked and safe work environment.
• May train new teammates and participate in committees.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate patient care across life span.
