Millennium Physician Group is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant II (CMA/RMA) to join our Naples, FL clinics as a full-time float. You will ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care across multiple sites, adapting quickly to varying clinic environments.

The role requires strong clinical skills, flexibility, and the ability to triage and prioritize patient needs. Clerical/front desk experience is helpful or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years Medical Assistant experience.
• Active CMA or RMA certification with proof.
• BLS certification current.
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred.
• Clerical/front desk experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong ability to triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Reliable transportation to float between Naples locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient intake with vital signs, histories, medications, and allergies.
• Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, wound care, and testing.
• Perform EKGs, immunizations, and specimen collection.
• Prepare and process lab samples and point-of-care tests.
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and equipment calibration.
• Support triage, care coordination, and transitions across clinics.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Document in the EHR and update provider instructions.
• Schedule appointments, manage referrals and test results.
• Verify insurance and assist with authorizations, billing, and coding.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, and safety drills.
• Facilitate communication among patients, providers, and teams.
• Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and compliance standards.
• Provide excellent guest service to patients and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Naples, FL (Multiple Collier County Clinics)

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday Availability Required: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $23/hr, depending on experience

About The Role

How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements

• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and safety drills
• Facilitate communication among patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and compliance standards
• Provide excellent guest service to patients and internal team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• Active CMA or RMA certification (must provide proof)

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
