ChristianaCare’s Primary Care practice in Broomall, PA is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant I to support physicians in both virtual and on-site patient care. You will perform clinical tasks, booking and EMR updates, and ensure clean exam rooms while upholding high standards of patient service.

Qualified candidates are high school graduates with MA program training or MA certification; strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School/GED is required.
• Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or MA Certification by a national organization accredited by NCCA/ANSI.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients virtually and in person.
• Prepare patients for visits and assist with exams.
• Perform basic clinical tasks (testing, injections, EKGs).
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment.
• Manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, and scheduling.
