Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the NCCA or ANSI.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients virtually and in person.
• Prepare patients for visits and perform basic clinical tasks (testing, injections, EKGs).
• Assist with exams and maintain exam rooms and equipment.
• Manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and clerical duties.
