You will greet patients, gather and document medical histories, obtain records and test results, schedule forms, and ensure HIPAA-compliant

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent; medical assisting certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Entry level 0–3 years; senior level 5+ years.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS include standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Requires good hand-eye coordination, vision and hearing to normal range.

• Assist providers with patient visits to support treatment planning and ensure providers have required information.
• Record patient information and chart accurately for providers.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and greet them warmly to create a positive experience.
• Obtain patient records and test results while following HIPAA guidelines.
