Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure vital signs.

• Perform general office duties and liaise with departments to assist patients with a positive customer service approach.
• Collect blood, tissue, or other specimens and prepare them for testing.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms; sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.
• Ensure compliance with privacy rules and regulations.
