• May transport patients between departments and answer messages.

Responsibilities

• Collect vital signs and screening questions.
• Gather patient history and reason for visit.
• Complete medication reconciliation at each visit.
• Perform venipuncture, label and deliver lab specimens, immunizations, and prepare patient for procedure.
• Provide care in accordance with the patient’s plan of care.
