Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• MA competencies or equivalent MA training from recognized programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families in person or by phone and route calls.
• Triages patient calls and directs to appropriate care.
• Schedule appointments and referrals with accurate documentation.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and manage sharps disposal.
• Obtain patient information, vitals, and medication history.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Enter data into EMR and maintain chart accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date preventive measures in records.
• Follow established protocols for communications and orders.
• Maintain clinical proficiency and perform other duties as assigned.
