Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Room patients, vitals, and accurately document in the EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms with required equipment and supplies.
• Assist providers with basic examinations and procedures.
• Maintain exam room cleanliness and report low stock levels.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Support appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and chart management.

The Medical Assistant I is an an entry-level role focused on developing foundational clinical and administrative skills. This role supports patient care under supervision by performing basic tasks such as rooming patients, recording vital signs, and assisting with routine clinical duties.
