Together we're a team of dedicated OB/GYN physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, and counselors—all working to support our diverse patient community. Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with clinicians as an integral care team member.
• Prepare patient information, enter data into electronic records, and organize paperwork.
• Escort patients, take histories, and assess vital signs to set the stage for effective care.
• Ensure clinician orders are entered and follow-up is completed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet patient needs.
• Uphold WHA's values and commitment to patient experience.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program or LPN license in Oregon (required).
• Certification through AAMA, NCCT, or AMT, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• Experience with phlebotomy/injections preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR is a plus.
