Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care from the waiting area to the exam room, document care in the EMR, and assist providers with routine procedures. Tap360 welcomes recent graduates and seasoned pros as part of a collaborative North Side care team in Atlanta, GA.

As a key member of the care team, you will greet patients, record vitals, and prepare for visits while upholding strong customer service and CPR/BLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an MA, LPN or EMT program.
• At least 1 year of MA experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service and nonverbal active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and effectively support patient care delivery.
• Greet, vital and screen patients prior to provider visit.
• Recordkeeping and assistance to front desk staff and nurses.

Major Responsibilities

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Experience using EMR systems (e.g., athenaPractice, Centricity, Epic, Praxis, Meditech, Cerner, etc.)
• Phlebotomy skills
