Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Heart Care-Vascular clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. The MA provides front and back office support, escorts patients, maintains exam rooms, and assists clinicians under physician direction. Role requires completing an MA training program and BLS, with a potential sign-on bonus.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Experience is preferred but not required; training and certification opportunities are offered by HonorHealth to support professional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an MA training program.
• 6 months MA experience preferred.
• BLS certification and Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment rooms for examination and escorts patients to rooms.
• Performs front and back office duties including receptionist and scheduling tasks.
• Assists physician/clinician during exams and procedures.
• Maintains patient records and ensures accuracy of paperwork.
