A leading company in health management is seeking a dedicated professional to assist with health management activities for clients. The role involves providing health coaching, developing programs, and enhancing participation in health initiatives. Assists with health management activities/programs for Client Client of South Carolina (BCBSSC) and/or Blue Choice members.
Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions. Good judgment skills. Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills. Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others. Analytical or critical thinking skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Required Software and Other Tools: Ability to use standard office equipment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other work processing/spreadsheet/presentation software.
Work Environment: Typical office environment. May involve some travel.
