Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and guide them to an exam room.
• Support optometrists and ophthalmologists during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Accurately transcribe medical information and enter data into the EMR.
• Enter medication, lab orders, and refills per protocol for provider review.
• Keep patient areas clean, organized, and prepared for use.
• Assist patients with questions, forms, and general inquiries.
• Work closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure cohesive operations.
