Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in San Francisco seeks a Full-Time Medical Assistant for the Presidio Terrace and Nob Hill offices. The role supports physicians in medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures, handles patient preparation, and manages documentation with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in medical, cosmetic and laser procedures.
• Record prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions, prior authorizations and procedures.
• Prepare rooms and check equipment at start/end of shifts.
• Provide pre-care and post-care instructions as needed.
• Daily inventory and stocking of supplies; alert supervisors as needed.

The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing the highest quality of medical, clinical, and clerical tasks in a medical setting. Previous healthcare experience is required. Dermatology experience is required.Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday.
