Job summary

Innovative Pain Care (IPC) in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support clinicians, greet patients, take vital signs, and manage documentation in a fast-paced clinic.

The on-site role requires strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of EHR systems, with availability between 7 AM–5 PM and travel to Franklin WI and Mt Pleasant WI as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MA program preferred but not required.
• Experience as Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR).
• Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually.
