Kidney & Hypertension Specialists in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant to support healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. The role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical duties in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, MA certification, experience with EHR systems (Athena EMR preferred), and strong communication skills. Dual MA and front desk duties may be required. Competitive salary and PTO offered.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Compassionate patient-centered demeanor.
• Dual MA and front desk capabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle front desk duties including checkin and checkout.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Complete prior-authorizations for medications.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
• Perform basic urine tests.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Requirements
