Willingham Works is building a candidate pool of Medical Assistants in Faribault, Minnesota, for future partner clinics. This is not an immediate opening, but a pre-screened pool to match with opportunities.

Ideal candidates have Medical Assistant certification (CCMA, RMA, NCMA), experience in primary care or specialty practices, and comfort with front and back office tasks plus EMR systems like Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen.

Formación

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CCMA, RMA, NCMA).
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty practice.
• Comfortable with front office (scheduling, intake, insurance) and back office (vitals, injections, EMR documentation).
• EMR experience: Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, or similar.
• Open to full-time or part-time.

Responsabilidades

• Handle scheduling, intake, and insurance processes in a clinical setting.
• Assist with front and back office tasks including vitals and injections.
• Document in EMR systems (Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen) with accuracy.
