Position: Medical Assistant

Job Description: Supports the day-to-day clinical activities of MRPG's outpatient physician offices. Medical assistants support providers by setting up patient exam rooms with necessary supplies and assisting with clinical responsibilities such as rooming patients and providing point of care testing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, and customer service skills.
• Medical Assisting Certification and/or Registration required by time of hire; registration must meet Meaningful Use requirements. We can assist with obtaining credentials like RMA or CMA.
• Prior Medical Assisting experience preferred.
• Preferred skills: Phlebotomy, vaccinations/injections.
